Terms of service
Last updated 10 October 2026 · SuperReels, Ontario, Canada
These terms explain how SuperReels works: what you can generate, how credits and billing work, what you may and may not use the service for, and what each of us is responsible for. They apply from the moment you create an account.
1. This agreement
These terms are a contract between you and MosLab Innovations Inc. (“SuperReels”, “we”, “us”), a corporation in Canada that operates superreels.io from Ontario. You can reach us at hello@superreels.io. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you may bind it, and “you” means that organisation.
This version applies to accounts created from 10 October 2026. For accounts that already existed it applies from 9 November 2026, after the notice described in section 21; until then the previous version continues to apply to them.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection law where you live. Where those laws give you more than this document does, they win.
2. Who may use SuperReels
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and legally able to enter a contract.
You may not use the service if you are subject to sanctions administered by Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union, or if you are located in a country those sanctions cover. We may refuse or close accounts to comply with those rules.
3. Your account
You sign in with a link sent to your email address, so keep that inbox secure. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly at hello@superreels.io if you think someone else has access.
One person or organisation may hold one account. Creating extra accounts to obtain more free reels is a breach of these terms.
4. What the service does
SuperReels publishes a library of tested prompt templates. You choose a template, change the details it exposes, optionally upload or generate reference images, and we send an assembled prompt to an artificial intelligence provider that produces a short vertical video or image for you.
You can also: have an artificial intelligence writer fill in a template’s details, captions or a prompt for you; keep your files in a media library; connect Instagram, Facebook Pages and Threads so we can publish for you; and set up campaigns that write, generate and publish posts on a schedule you choose (sections 12 and 13).
The prompt behind each template is our confidential material and is never shown to you. You may not attempt to extract, reconstruct, reverse engineer or bulk-collect our prompts, whether by inspection, automated probing, or asking a model to reveal them.
We change, add and retire templates over time. We may modify or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice before removing something you rely on.
5. The free reel
New accounts may be offered one free reel. It is limited to one per person and one per device, must be used within 7 days, and applies to Starter-tier templates at 720p. Eligibility is decided automatically from signals such as the device you sign up on and your email address.
We may withhold or withdraw the free reel where we reasonably believe it is being abused, including multiple accounts, disposable email addresses, or automated signups. If you think a decision was wrong, email hello@superreels.io and a person will review it.
6. Credits
Everything you generate is priced in credits. A ten second reel at standard resolution currently costs 126 credits; image generation, longer clips and higher resolutions cost different amounts, and the price is always shown before you generate.
We set and change credit prices at our discretion. We may change how many credits any generation costs, price new models, resolutions, durations or features differently, and add or withdraw models at any time, effective immediately and without individual notice. We normally do this because the cost of the underlying models has changed, but we are not limited to that reason. The price shown to you at the moment you press generate is the price that applies, and you are never charged a changed price for a generation you have already started.
- Plan credits are included with a subscription, are added at the start of each billing period, and any unused plan credits are cleared when the next period begins.
- Extra credits are bought separately, do not expire while your account is open, and are not affected by renewals, upgrades, downgrades or cancellation.
- Credits are consumed in this order: free reel, then plan credits, then extra credits.
Credits are a limited right to use the service at the prices in force when you use them. They are not money, not a deposit, not stored value, not a currency, and not transferable or redeemable for cash, except where consumer law requires otherwise. A credit balance entitles you to a number of credits, not to a fixed number of reels: if credit prices change, the same balance may produce more or fewer generations than when you bought it. You can see the current cost of any generation before you spend anything.
The writer is also charged in credits, by how much it writes; a typical request costs about one credit. The writer is charged only when it returns something usable.
If a generation fails on our side or at our provider, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. That is the remedy for a failed generation.
7. Plans, billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe, which processes payments for us. We never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude taxes unless stated; applicable sales taxes are added at checkout.
Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate a partial month on cancellation.
Upgrades take effect immediately and Stripe charges the prorated difference; the new plan credits are added when the payment succeeds. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
We set and change our prices and what each plan includes at our discretion. That includes the monthly price, the credits a plan includes, the price and size of credit packs, the features and limits of a plan, and which plans we offer at all. We may introduce plans, retire plans, and run or end promotional pricing at any time. For anything you buy from now on, the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies, and a change takes effect as soon as it is published.
For a subscription you already hold, a price increase or a reduction in the credits your plan includes will not be charged to you mid-period. We will tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, it applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then and not pay it. Price reductions and increases in what a plan includes may be applied straight away. Nothing here guarantees that a price, a promotion or a legacy plan you are on will continue to be available.
Taxes are set by your jurisdiction and may change without notice from us. If we change the currency we charge in, we will tell you before your next renewal.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend generation until it succeeds.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Because credits are supplied and usable immediately, credits you have already spent are not refundable, other than the automatic return of credits for a failed generation. The rules below apply on top of that and are not affected by anything else in these terms.
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK. You have 14 days from purchase to withdraw. When you generate something you are asking us to begin supplying digital content immediately, and you lose the withdrawal right for the credits you consume by doing so. If you withdraw within 14 days we refund what you paid, less the value of any credits you used.
If you are a consumer in Ontario. This is an internet agreement under the Consumer Protection Act, 2002. We give you the required information before you buy and a copy of the agreement afterwards. You may cancel within seven days if we failed to disclose the required information, and within 30 days if we do not begin supplying the service.
Outside those cases we consider refund requests within 14 days of a charge on their merits. Email hello@superreels.io and tell us what happened.
9. What you provide
You keep ownership of the details you type and the images you upload. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy and transmit that material, and to share it with the providers listed in our privacy policy, strictly to run the service for you. The licence ends when the material is deleted, except for copies kept in backups for a short period.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload, and that using it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law.
On a plan with storage, your media library keeps the files you upload and copies of what you make until you delete them (Starter 5 GB, Creator 25 GB, Pro 100 GB). If you move to a plan with less storage, or your plan ends, nothing is deleted, but new files are not kept until you are back under the limit. Without a library, uploaded reference images and photos you make in the playground are deleted after 30 days, and finished reels can be downloaded for 14 days, after which the file is removed and the details of the reel remain in your bin. Download anything you want to keep.
10. What you generate
As between you and us, and to the extent we hold any rights in it, we assign the output to you. You are responsible for how you use it. Our provider’s own terms also apply to the models that produce it.
Artificial intelligence output is not exclusive. Other people using the same template may receive similar results, and similar material may exist already. We do not warrant that output is original, accurate, or free of third-party rights, and we cannot promise it can be registered or protected as your own work; in several countries purely machine-generated material may not attract copyright at all.
Review everything before you publish it.
11. Labelling AI content
Output from SuperReels is generated by artificial intelligence. Many places now require that to be disclosed, including the European Union’s AI Act for material that resembles real people, places or events, and the policies of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
You are responsible for labelling content as AI-generated where the law or the platform you post to requires it, and for using any AI disclosure tools those platforms provide.
When we publish a Reel to Instagram for you, we mark it as AI-generated using Instagram’s own label. Platforms and formats without such a label remain your responsibility, for example by saying so in the caption.
12. Posting to your accounts
When you connect an Instagram account, a Facebook Page or a Threads profile, you authorise us to publish to it the content you create, choose or schedule, with the captions you approve or let the writer produce. You confirm you are allowed to manage each account you connect. We publish only what you asked for and do not read your feed, messages or followers; our privacy policy explains what we access.
You remain the publisher of everything posted to your accounts, and you are responsible for it, including that it follows the law and the rules of Instagram, Facebook and Threads: the Meta Terms of Service, the Community Standards, the Instagram Terms of Use and the Threads Terms of Use, among them their rules on spam, inauthentic behaviour, branded content and artificial intelligence. You keep ownership of what you post, and the licence in section 9 covers our storing it and publishing it to the accounts you choose.
Platforms decide what they accept and show. They may refuse, delay, limit, label or remove a post, change their features or limits, or restrict an account, and we do not control that. We do not promise any reach, views, followers or results. Deleting a post in SuperReels does not remove it from the platform. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings or in the platform’s own settings.
13. Campaigns and scheduled posting
A campaign writes, generates and publishes posts on the dates and times you set, without you pressing anything each time. By switching a campaign or event on, you authorise every generation and writer request it makes, and the credits they cost, until you switch it off, change it or it ends. Before a post runs you can read and change its details and caption in the campaign overview, skip it, or stop the campaign.
Posts can be delayed, skipped or missed, for example when your credits run out, a daily safety limit is reached, the service or a platform is unavailable, or a platform refuses a post. A post whose time has passed by more than two hours is skipped rather than published late. When a generation fails, its credits are returned as described in section 6; credits are not returned for a generation that succeeded but could not be posted. If you ask us to vary posting times, the time of each post is approximate.
Review written content before it runs. The writer can make mistakes, and what is published is your responsibility.
14. Acceptable use
You must not use SuperReels to create, upload or distribute material that:
- sexualises a minor in any way, which we report and act on without exception;
- depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, including intimate, sexual or humiliating depictions;
- impersonates a real person or organisation, or is intended to deceive people about who said or did something;
- interferes with an election, a referendum or a public emergency, or spreads dangerous medical, legal or financial misinformation;
- harasses, threatens, defames or incites hatred or violence against a person or group;
- infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or any other right;
- promotes fraud, scams, malware, or illegal goods and services;
- presents artificial intelligence output as a genuine customer review, testimonial or endorsement, or presents a generated person as a real customer, user or employee;
- advertises, endorses or sponsors anything without the disclosure the law or the platform requires;
- makes claims about a product or service, including health, results or pricing claims, that you cannot substantiate;
- breaks the terms of a platform you publish it to.
You must also not:
- attempt to reveal, copy or resell our template prompts;
- resell or sublicense access to the service, or share an account with people outside your organisation;
- create multiple accounts, or interfere with device or abuse checks, to obtain free reels or extra credits;
- probe, scrape or overload the service, or bypass rate limits and security measures;
- use the service to build a competing prompt library or to train a model;
- use connected accounts or campaigns to spam, to post the same content repeatedly in a way a platform forbids, or to manipulate engagement;
- connect or post to a Page, profile or account you are not authorised to manage, or post to many accounts to get around a platform's limits;
- attempt to get around the rate limits or other restrictions of Instagram, Facebook or Threads.
We may remove content, suspend generation, or close an account that breaches this section. Where we can, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond first, unless the breach is serious or we are legally required to act immediately. To report misuse, email hello@superreels.io.
15. Third-party services
The service depends on providers we do not control, including our artificial intelligence providers, Stripe for payments, our hosting and database providers, and Instagram, Facebook and Threads, which are operated by Meta, for the accounts you connect. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. Their outages, changes or policies can affect what SuperReels can do. We choose them carefully and remain responsible to you under these terms, but we are not liable for their independent acts.
SuperReels is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta. Facebook, Instagram and Threads are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
16. Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take it down for maintenance and will try to do that at quiet times. Generation times vary with demand at our provider.
17. Suspension and closing an account
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@superreels.io. Closing it cancels any subscription at the end of the paid period.
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if your payments fail repeatedly, or if we must do so by law. If we close your account for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused extra credits you bought. If we close it because you broke these terms, unused credits are forfeited.
After closure we disconnect your social accounts, stop your campaigns and delete your data as described in the privacy policy, keeping only what we must for tax and legal records. Posts already published stay on the platforms where they were published.
18. Disclaimers
Except as stated in these terms and as required by law, the service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, that output will be accurate, original or suitable for publication, or that a platform will accept, keep or show what we publish for you. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, and in those places this section applies only as far as the law allows.
19. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity, however caused. Our total liability arising from the service in any 12 month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and CAD $100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, your non-excludable statutory rights are unaffected.
20. Your responsibility to us
If someone brings a claim against us because of what you uploaded, generated or published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs. This does not apply to consumers to the extent the law says otherwise.
21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 30 days notice by email or in the app before they take effect, and you may cancel before then if you do not accept them. The date at the top shows when this version was published.
22. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
Please contact us first at hello@superreels.io. Most problems are settled quickly, and we will respond within 30 days. We do not require you to arbitrate or to give up the right to take part in a class proceeding.
23. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a company that takes over our business, on notice to you. Neither of us is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. Notices to you go to your account email; notices to us go to hello@superreels.io.
